I am now 11 weeks pregnant with my 6th child. Twins run in my family on both sides as well as my husband. I have been wanting twins for quite some time. Without looking at an ultrsound or getting confirmation from a doctor is there anyone outthere that just knew that they were having twins. What can possibly be some tale tale signs in the first trimester?
