I am now two weeks late and i have taken many pregnancy tests but they all said negative. I'm confused because im not sure if im even having symptoms or showing signs so i dont know what to do. Please help me.

Once in a while a woman can skip a cycle. Are you on the pill? Why not wait and see if your next period shows. Call the doc if it does not

I haven't been on the pill since about February, but i have also been getting light cramps in my lower abdomen and brief sharp pains in my left side. And i ended up throwing up last night. I'm going to wait and take another test, i will probably end up scheduling a doctors appointment either way.

Something has changed, for sure. A cyst or ectopic are other possibilities. GL!

i had so many question in my mind i dont know where to start.
Until now I still dont have my period and im taking PT this morning but i came out negative. but I always feel that im pregnat i feel tired all the time, I vomit almost everyday and had minor cramps for tyhe past week. but last saturday 08-july.. I just noticed that my lower abdomen is not even(right side is a little bit big compare to my left abdomen). and when I touch my abdomen i feel something i dont know what it is. and when i carry heavy things (for example: BOX) I am having cramps / slight pain on my lower abdomen.
I dont know what to think now... im freaking out! please help.

Pamping, how regular are your cycles and how late is your period this cycle? When do you think you had a contraceptive malfunction? Are you constipated, ga__sy, having any other kind of gut upset, or with other weird body changes - smells, appet_te, b___sts, nips, backache, hot flashes, acne etc? GL!
