Advice On The Pill And Pregnancy

I know the easiest way to answer this question would be to take a test, but I think the chance I'm actually pregnant is very slim, so thought I would ask first.
I started taking the pill at the start of August. During that first month, I forgot to take it twice, but took it consistently for 7 days up until the first sugar pill. I got breakthrough bleeding that month, but read that was normal so kept taking the pill. I had that bleeding on and off for about 2 weeks, some days heavier than others. It lasted right up until the day after the sugar pills started. I had unprotected s_x the morning after the first sugar pill, August 26 (kind of an "its complicated" situation, STDs aren't an issue here). I asked a friend if it mattered that I would be taking the sugar pill for the next 6 days since I had unprotected s_x, she said no because I hadn't missed a pill in the previous 7 days. I didn't get a withdrawal bleed when I was taking the sugar pills, but I didn't think anything of it because I had bleeding on and off for the previous 2 weeks.
I kept taking the pill as normal, and when I got around to the sugar pills again in September I got a withdrawal bleed on the second day of the sugar pills. It was short and light, but as far as I know that is pretty normal when taking the pill. I also assumed that meant it wasn't possible for me to be pregnant. That was 3 weeks ago, and I've been taking the pill as normal since.
The only reason I'm wondering now if there is any chance I could be pregnant despite taking the pill and having a withdrawal bleed is because I've noticed what could be pregnancy symptoms (or they could be something else). The past few weeks I feel like I've been eating a lot and am constantly hungry, but I'm also a triathlete and have been training so it could be metabolism. I felt like I had been losing weight/toning up over the last few months, but since last week my stomach feels "bigger", almost like I'm putting weight back on or bloating. A few times after training I've felt bit sick, but I assumed it was because I'd pushed myself. My mood seems to be going up and down a lot, sometimes within a few hours over smalls things. That wasn't too out of the ordinary because I've had a lot going on. And lastly this week I've been so tired that despite falling asleep at my regular time, I've woken up late every day.
Almost all of that could be explained by other things, so I think its pretty unlikely. But I'm just wondering if there is actually chance of being pregnant when on the pill and having a withdrawal bleed. I have 8 days to go until the sugar pills this month, should I just wait it out and see what happens?

Seems you are avoiding a test because the prospect of a positive is upsetting. Go take one please, and if it is negative chalk your signs up to side effects of the pill. If your body doesn't settle down to the pill after a few months, talk to the doc about trying a different kind, or maybe an IUD. GL!

Thanks, I guess I'll go take one. I haven't really been avoiding it (yet) because when I posted it that was the first time I seriously wondered if I should take one. I thought since I had the withdrawal bleed it wasn't possible, and I didn't have any symptoms at that time. It's really only been the past week or so that I've noticed anything, and when pregnancy crossed my mind I dismissed it because I had the withdrawal bleed. Anyway, I'll take on this weekend.
