Missed my depo. Been 4 weeks havent had my period yet, done a test come up negative, been feeling sick and like a want to vomit in the mornings and during the day and today my lower back started aching but the last 2 tests come up negative? Is it something to worry about?

Could this be depo withdrawal signs? It's unusual to get pregnant so soon after quitting. You could try running a test once a week if that's not prohibitively expensive.
