Annovulatory But Regular Cycles

Anyone else have this issue? Shouldn't my cycles be irregular if I'm not Oing? I'm 30 and ntnp for 3.5 years and actively TTC for 9 months. I've tried temping off and on for years and O was never confirmed, but I have an inconsistent sleeping pattern. I seem to get an LH surge according to OPK's, but don't think that means I O, just that my body's ready to O. I used to feel pinches on the right or left of my body around that time, but now, I only feel it on the right sporadically and not on the left at all.
