Being Pregnant While Having A Period

my hubby and I have been trying to get pregnant with #4 for sometime now..my periods come like clock work and are about medium flow..this time I got my period but it has been very light and I havent had it for the usual days..I also have been feeling so nauseous and some headaches..could i been pregnant after having my period even though it was light than usual?
