Sofia, I don't know what country your are in, but you do have to be confident that what you buy online is the genuine article. You need to be sure that the pregnancy is not too far advanced. When you choose this route you need a plan for possible complications which might involve going to a hospital to say you think you had a micarriage and want to check it is complete.
