Can I Get Implantation Bleeding After Taking Duphaston

I am taking duphaston from 5th day of my last period cycle. Dr suggested me to take duphaston for 21 days. But today i experience spotting n cramping my due date is 28 feb. Kindly tell me its implantation bleeding or something else
Note: I have faced the miscarriage last time(it was first pregnancy)
