how can i tell if i am pregnant? i have never been pregnant.I have had pain were it feels like everything is moving inside me. what is going on? please help.

Symptoms of being pregnant are different for everyone. Some people get sick, have cramps, or miss their period where other people may or may not have any of these symptoms. The only true way to know for sure would be to test yourself or have a doctor test you. If you were pregnant for the first time you would not feel any movement until you were atleast 4 1/2 to 5 months along. In the beginning it is common to have cramping or feel little pinching twinges though. The best advice is to get tested.
