Could I Still Be Pregnant

I should be 13wks preg now,but last sat but one I started getting pink spotting and was so scared, so went to hospital the next day and had an ultrasound, the doc said the pregncy was viable, cervix was closed and baby had a strong heartbeat of 148, though put me at 9wks,he ordered a urinalisis and was told had a minor urinary infection an was put on a 5day antibiotic, ceurox-500 to be exact. exactly 1wk 3days after the ultrasound that claimed all was well, I had serious crumps and started bleeding heavily even passing tissues, though I saw some white tissue that I assume was the baby, never saw the sac or the placenta, could the baby on the ultrasound have been a twin that is still okay? Any advice please.
