I am 6 1/2 weeks pregnant and I have constant cramps all day that never subside. Sometimes, they get quite bad. I went for a sonogram yesterday to make sure everything is alright. The doctor said everything looks great!! I explained to her that I was having constant cramps with pain on my right side. It turns out I have an ovarian cyst. She wasn't concerned about it and she said it's all normal. Try not to worry. I know that's easier said than done sometimes. My best advice is to get a sonogram. I also have constant nausea all day with no vomiting. Try munching on saltine crackers and sipping on homemade lemonade made with real lemons. Believe it or not, it works. When my 5 year old son had a bad stomach flu, he had bad nausea and vomiting. I made homemade lemonade for him (from advice given by friends) and it really helped him!! Good luck to all who's in the same boat!!

I'm 7 weeks pregnant today, and as I write this I am having cramps. I get them off and on, and they make me feel slightly uncomfortable. I'd had a miscarriage in Dec 04, so I try not to be paranoid but it is hard not to think about every little pain. Heartbeat was detected this past Tuesday w/v____al u/s so I felt a little better after that, and chalk up the cramps as normal.

Hi, well I'm 7 weeks pregs and I to have experienced cramps and they vary from light to strong, and at first I felt quezzy alot, but now I never feel sick. I took 2 pregnancy test and they both came out positive. I've heard the cramping is normal, but now I am worried because I no longer feel 'morning sickness'.

THANK GOD!!!! I was sooo scared. I'm 19 and 6 weeks along. I thought I was dying because of the cramps...and everyone I've asks says I should go to the doctor. It's good to know that I am not alone in the cramping. I am very aggitated by this. I always imagined the best part of pregnancy was no period = no cramps. Never did I realized I'd have no period + cramps + throwing up.

I am so glad to have found this site. I have a son who is 12 but have had several miscarriages since. This time I am farther than I usually am when I miscarried. Everything is goin great. Except I kept cramping mildly. I kept lookin for stuff on this and I am so glad it is normal. When I had my son I was in my 2nd trimester before I even knew so I don't remember all the feelings I am havin now except the sleepiness lol. Thank you so much for the info!!!

Hi i am now a week and a half late for my period. I have cramping every day like i am going to get my period, but nothing yet, could i be pregnant? also have some signs of being pregnant

Autumn - July 26

Nicole, if you are feeling cramps that is good because your uterus is stretching to accommodate the baby being there. Also, with my first child I was sick the entire 9 months. I am 9 weeks pregnant and I am just nausea. I do not throw up. However, I found that if I eat a little something that the sickness goes away. I hope that this helps!! Good Luck with your pregnancy.
