While I was pregnant with my first baby I had those the small ones that come and go? I was alittle worried at first too but it is normal it is a sign that your baby is growing. And when you think of it that way you are alittle happy that you are going through those little pains. Second feeling sick all day is just morning sickness and should fade away eventually.

I AM 6 WEEKS PREGNANT AND I HAVE TINY CRAMPS AND I AM ALWAYS SICK. ANYTHING I SMELL OR EVEN THE FOOD I EAT. I HAVE ONLY THROWN UP ONCE. IF YOU HAVEN'T THROWN UP CONSIDER YOURSELF LUCKY. MY DOCTOR TOLD ME THAT A LITTLE CRAMPING IS NORMAL BECAUSE YOUR UTERUS IS EXPANDING AND TAKING SHAPE FOR THE BABY.THEY KIND OF FEEL LIKE YOU ARE GOING TO START YOUR PERIOD. BUT IF YOU HAVE MAJOR CRAMPS YOU SHOULD GO TO A HOSPITAL.

Hey guys I need help, I had my last period on jun 15th and skipped it in july. I did a home pregnancy test on the 20th of july and was negative but when I repeated the test on the 08th of Aug I was positive. My doc a__sumed I wud be 7 or 8 weeks pregnant, But when I did the ultra sound turns out that Im in my 5th week of pregnancy and I have dull cramps that are persistant through out the day unless Im lying down.Im a wee bit worried ( would be an understatement)

I'm roughly 6 weeks along (I haven't been to the doc. yet) and I feel sick CONSTANTLY. Except for about 10 min. after I eat a small meal (cuz that's all I can keep down). The rest of the time I feel kinda like I'm to the point where I'm so hungry I'm sick to my stomach. Does this make sense to anyone or am I just crazy. I have one child and with him I don't remember having these symptoms. Please help if you can.

This is so wonderfull!!! I found exactly the answer I was looking for. I usually take posting with a grain of salt considering these are just opinions or things people heard from someone else, but after reading everyone's personal experiences you have confirmed for me that the cramping is ok. At least long enough that I don't go out of my mind before I get an appt w/ Dr. ( I just confirmed today with HPT but cramps were still strong.) Thanks for all of the input I found on here.

hey i've also been having cramping and i'm about 7 weeks. I also have a little pressure down there when i get the cramps, i used to get them everyday but now only every few days and it's only a few seconds. No spotting. is the pressure normal?

J - August 18

I am about 8 weeks pregnant with my first and i too have been experiencing cramps (lower abdominal) as well as pressure down low (almost like when you have your period). I was advised to go to the doctors and I did, the doc felt my tummy and said to take it easy. Apparently this is quite normal even though it is SCARY. I too have been feeling sick all throughout the day. Very normal

How soon did any of you begin feeling these cramps? I am only 2dpo and I am very crampy, blaoted and a some clear discharge. Just wondering if I could actual feel symptoms if it were this soon. Please help. Thanks!

thanks so much for responding, i was getting nervous. i've been going home everyday after work and putting my fet up and have felt better. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. LOL i can't wait until the period where you feel energy and good. to the other posting, I knew i was pregnant before i missed my period. I just had this feeling inside like i was. I took a test a week early (you know they say you can tell that soon) and it was negative, took it 3 days past period and it was positive, then went to the doc and they confirmed it. Have you taken a test?

Deb to Brooke - August 18

If you are referring to me about taking a test..no I havent. WAY TOO EARLY. I am only 2 dpo. I was just curious if anyone knew right away they were. I have this feeling I am cause I never felt this way before..but who knows if that counts for anything!

oh ok, well i thought i knew, then i thought it's because i was just hoping but it turned out i was right. My grandmother said she knew right away too so i do think its possible to know. I didn't really have symptoms except for sore "girls" and you could start seeing veins in my chest that weren't there before.

Rehmath - August 25

I am in my last stage of pregnancy. I used to have severe cramps some days back. So I consulted my doctor and she said that the cramps are due to iron defficiency and prescribed some medicine to me. After taking the medicine for 2 weeks, now i am absolutely fine and free of cramps.

MeM - August 25

I was having cramping as well, I asked my ob about it yesterday and she said that it's because the uterus is made to contract hense the fact you are having cramps...it's just your bodies way of getting use to the expanding baby even if it's just little. Your uterus is alot bigger then the actual size of the baby, that's what she told me...I hope it helps :)
