Can you Exercise while your pregnant?

generally YES. but there are certain things that should be avoided, bike riding, horseback riding, suba diving.... You should not start a new exercise regiment, but you should be able to continue one that you already do. You should discuss it with your Doctor though incase for some reason you are a high risk then that answer will change.
