im 19 and almost 8 months pregz,try eating plenty of fruit n veg-as they all say,and make sure your intake of vitamin c,iron and calcium is also high.low iron/calcium can cause many problems during pregnancy.as well as all the healthy stuff i do give in to my cravings but make sure your sugar levels dont get too high,it can lead to many infections lower down which can become serious if left untreated.hope it helps!
