Hsg Test Late Period Brown Discharge Neg Hpt

h__lo everyone,
my hubby 'n I are ttc, had an HSG test done on mar 22nd; tubes are open but i have some scarring at the end of tube.
period was due April 11th had cramps but it never came.
A week later on April 18th, pink discharge started it turned brown discharge very light have been using a panty shield took a few pregnancy test all negative.
As of April 24th no period... has anyone experience this?
