me and my girl friend were messing around when she sat on top of me and my p__s slid halfway into her va___a i did not have a condom on and i didnt c_m inside of her but there was some sperm on the tip ..... is she pregnant ? what do i do?

If there was any amount of sperm on your p___s, then your girlfriend could be pregnant. It does not take actual ejaculation "c_mming" to make a woman pregnant. Your sperm, once in the v____a,are trained to do one thing. They are trained to travel up the v____a through the cervix and into the uterus. From there they travel through the fallopian tubes to find an egg to fertilize. It does not matter if you did not c_m, the pre-ejaculatory sperm on your p___s can make your girlfriend pregnant just as easily. You sperm can live up to seven day inside of you girlfriend as well. So, if she has missed her period and has a positive pregnancy test, than she is more than likely pregnant. Otherwise, relax and be more careful!
