I had a tubal ligation after my son was born that was 6 years ago but now I think I'm pregnant. I have a lot of the symptoms like tender br___ts, some nausea during the day, and my last period was spotty and only lasted 2 days. Could I be pregnant? I am also worried about an ectopic pregnancy but do not have any abdominal pain. Please help
