Pregnancy Info HOME

I had s_x with my boyfriend and was due for my period about 5 days later. I never got my period and am now about 3 weeks late. I took a pregnancy test a week after i missed my period but it came back negative. I have been feeling bloated lately, my nipples are tender, and today i just started having some brownish discharge. Is there a chance I could really be pregnant or is something wrong? Someone told me that the reason my test could have been negative was because it was too early to detect it and because i took it at night..could this be true? Should i take another test?
