Hello, i was just wondering...can a girl still become pregnate if the male didn't "come" while he was inside of her? Thank you so much for your help.

Yes, but it isn't as likely. Conception is a numbers game -- the more sperm swimming toward the egg, the greater the odds of pregnancy. However, it's always wise to keep in mind that it only takes one sperm to fertilize an egg, and pre-ejaculate can contain at least thousands of sperm.
