1week late period.Scared that I got pregnant by swimming in the pool & there's semen,or if I touch/scratch my vagina w/my hand that wasn't washed but dry & no visible semen. help?

Nothing you describe could get you pregnant. Sometimes a woman skips a period. Please quit worrying.

Also, can I also get preg if my dad(who apparently after he peed) went to wake me up and sat on my butt wearing just boxers(maybe briefs also i'm not sure)? if there's sperm, it cannot pass right? sorry I'm really just so worried my pepriod is sooo late I don't want to get pregnant by weird circumstances

Mirana, you have a weird dad - seems like you should be locking your door and/or talking to your mom (hoping she believes). The action you describe would not get you pregant - sperm don't go through clothing - but I worry what else might be happening while you are asleep. You are not listing any early pregnancy signs other than a missing period, so I guess you are simply skipping a cycle, which sometimes happens. Check my profile if you want to talk more.
