Pt Negative Pregnant Or Not

I am exactly 8 days late on my period and I took a PT two nights ago and it said negative. The past few nights I have stayed up for an hour or two feeling nausiated because when I lay down to go to sleep I get sick and I have hot flashes, too. I have been working a little more than usual, too. So could I be working too hard or stressed out? PLZ HELP ME!
