OMG, ilovekids, big congrats to you!!! how exciting! how's the pregnancy going? Ren- hey, how's it going? any updates?? AFM- no BFP yet, although we aren't that actively trying right now. we did clomid for a couple of months, BFN, and now we're just seeing what happens. am thinking of going the TCM route again, but we'll see. anybody else still around? any newbies? babydust to everyone

Hi, I'm new here, but I thought I'd post here because now that ttctwins dot com is down this is the only place I've seen that doesn't bash women who are ttc twins. So, I'm 5 dpo. This month I did soy days 1-5 and tribulus days 5-10. Also, a couple of other things, but it's too much to go into in an introductory post. I O'd a day early and everything looks really positive, so I'll probably end up with a BFN. Is anybody here with me? I'm hopeing some people from the other site will find their way here. Hello Xerxella I too am ttc twins. Im 4 dpo and really excited to see if Im pregnant. I did 100 mg days 5-9 but now thinking I should have done 3-7. Really hope I didnt screw it up. I think I o'd two days later because I started cramping new years eve. Told my dh that we were going to conceive on the first day of the new year lol. :) Congrats to Greta on the twins. Thank you for sharing your story with us. Its nice to here it works. Double baby dust to all too......

Hi jnsmayer - Good luck. I'm 10 dpo now, but it's not looking very promising. My temps dropped the last 2 days. The ttctwins dot com website is back up and running, so I'll probably go back to hanging out there. I figure I probably offend some people who are really against ttc twins. Come join us if you want. This board doesn't seem to be too active.

Xerxella - I will think about it. I wasnt going to write anything at all because like you said there is always someone you offend and they have to offer their two cents. I have never done the temp thing or cm or any other thing, I kinda figure if it happens it happens. :) I dont think there is anything wrong with wanting twins and more power to those that do and are trying. If your a loving family and are going to love those babies and give them what they need, I feel there is nothing wrong with two at one time! Thanks for writing back, its good to know someone is out there. lol Good luck and you r more then welcome to come chat with me anytime. Im going to post my progress but we are only trying this one time before I go back to bc for another year. I really want a baby in Sept and you can only do that once a year. :)

jnsmayer - SSOOOOOOO.... How'd the pregnancy test turn out? I can't believe the other site is down again. But, I remember you were going to test this week, so hopefully it all went well.

Hello Xerxella. I dont know what happened on the other site but it told me my account has been suspended. I dont know why. I hope I didnt do something wrong. I am very sad that I cant post or read anyone elses progress. Anyways I tested dpo 14 and it was clearly neg. I am now 2 days late and no sign of af. Not sure what my body is doing. I wish it would figure out if it wants to be pregnant or not. lol. I will retest on wed. 19th if I dont get my af by then. Have you heard of this happening with women taking clomid?

jns - Don't worry, it's not you. That's what the website said last time it went down. That's odd that it says negative and there's no af. I haven't heard of it happening on clomid, but who knows. I couldn't wait a week, but then again I have no patience. Do you have a dollar store near you? They have pregnancy tests for just a buck. You could also go to the doc and tell them you're a week late with a negative HPT. They'll give you a blood test. I forgot, where you temping, using OPKs, what? Are you sure of your ovulation date? AFM - I'm still waiting to O. No sign of it yet, so :(.

Im so glad to hear that I can hopefully get back on to the other website. Was so worried I did something or said something and got myself kicked off. Thank you. A couple hours ago I went to the bathroom and there was little bit of brown blood. Then an hour ago I went to the bathroom and it was a little bit of red, thinking af is going to start but now I went to the bathroom and it was back to little bit of brown. I know you can bleed a little bit couple days after implantation but why the neg. test. My friend said she thinks it was the test. I dont know. We do have a dollar store about 20 miles away but it cost us 10.00 just in gas to drive there and back so I will just pick one up here. We dont have alot of extra cash right now so that is why Im just waiting it out. The dr here dont want to see you tell your 10 weeks. They dont want to waste the time if your going to end up having a miscarriage, which is most likely going to happpen before 8 weeks. There is 1 hospital that will give you an ultrasound then and the 1 hospital I go to you only get 1 ultrasound at 20 weeks. With my last baby she was measuring 7 weeks when I was 8 weeks and they have always told me my babies measure small. The reason they did an ultrasound with her is because I was only getting a very faint line and at 8 weeks it should be bright pink. I do have regular 28 week cycles and usually pin point the day Im going to get af. I dont do anything to track ovulation just always figured I o 14 days after af starts. I could be wrong. I keep expecting af but praying I am pregnant!!! Im sorry to hear no o for you yet. Ive been really hoping it happens for you. Are you late on your ovulation?

Update: All day yesterday (3 days late) I would bleed just enough that it was there when I wiped but nothing on the pad. I dont know if Im suppose to count this as day one of my af. I look it up on the internet and a few things could be happening. One is I wanted to be pregnant so bad that me thinking I was has caused my body to believe it and all those Im not my body is confused and knows it is suppose to af but not sure so that is why it is very light. Two I could be pregnant, Some people can have a very light period even though they are pregnant. (thats never happen with my other children). Three I could have had two eggs released and one was not fertilized and this is my bodys way of flushing out one but keeping the other. Four I could have been pregnant but now having a miscarriage. (That would explain the bfp at dpo 10 and the bfn at dpo 14). Five Its a ectopic pregnancy. You can have a slight period and bfn and a lump in your uteris. (which I have). So lots of different ways this can go now I just have to be patient and see.

I dont know if anyone is out there but now I enjoy writing how Im feeling. My husband and I have deside to keep ttc a secret from everyone so I have no one to talk but him and he doesnt really like talking about it. lol. So I got af today. Its still not anything like I have had before but it is af. I hate to say this but it smells the same as after I gave birth to my other children. I still dont wonder if I was pregnant and something wasnt right and miscarried. They say women miscarry all the time and dont even realize they were pregnant. Im not sure what we are going to do now. My dh wants a few days to think about it. We already have a son whos birthday is in oct. I really dont want 2 children with the same birthday month. We will let you know either way. If we deside to wait I wont be writing on here much. Thanks for listening. If I can call it that. lol

jns - Sorry, my sister and I took the kids to a waterpark for the long weekend, so I've been away, which can kinda be a good thing when TTC. Sorry to hear about you period. I hate to say this, but it sounds like 4 could be the right answer. A very early miscarriage is the only reason I can think of for a HPT to be positive and then turn negative with a late period. My understanding is that 50% of all pregnancies fail, usually in the first few days before the woman even knows she is pregnant. Now a days, we just know too much too soon! AFM - I should've got my OPK positive today, but it's just starting to fade in today. So maybe it'll turn positive tonight (I'll test again) or maybe tomorrow. Either way, it's probably better since I've been away from DH all weekend! Do you track on fertility friend? I do, if you're familiar with it, you can track me, my number is 21b89c. Let me know if you're going to still keep ttc. Good luck whatever you decide.

xerxella - Sounds like fun. It is good to get away for awhile and your right when you are ttc. Sometimes I think I over do it a bit. My af's are always the same and this one is like none I have ever had before. Sat spotting, Sun heavy, mon heavy, tue back to spotting. It is so strange. Shortest af too. I do think something happened in there to throw me this off my regular like clock work cycle. :( I dont know what to do now. My husband doesnt know what to do either. We want another baby but timing is all off now and I dont really want to wait. I am going to buy another hpt at the dollar store when we go to town tomorrow just to make sure before I start clomid on thur. Im just afraid if I did miscarried is my body going to respond to ttc again so soon. If we do ttc again it will just be this month. Then Im going to wait at least 4 months before we try again. Its too hard having birthdays so close to christmas. I really hope you got your o. I dont keep track of that even though I should. No I dont track on fertility friend. Never hear of it. Maybe I will have to check it out. Is there anything else I should take with clomid????
