I had spotting on day 12 (possibly implantation?) and then day 18 severe cramping in cervix and butt, similiar to cramping I've had in the past during miscarraige, but no bleeding with the cramping. I will get an ultrasound in 2 days, but very worried/ curious.... thanks,
