Kels I was going to post the same question...The same thing happen to me this month. I got my period on wed. & it was really heavy & by Friday it just stopped? I'm taking Clomid & was wondering if this changes anything? I hope we get some responses to this because I'm confused.

Yes, I think that is normal being it was a heavy flow for 2 days. A light flow or spotting can sometimes be IB, but it is not suppose to be heavy. Sometimes we can just have an off cycle, even if you are usually normal. Also, certain things that can cause period changes can suddenly begin to show up. Like, PCOS, or hormonal imbalances. If you are real concerned take a test just to be sure, few women have said they had period like bleeding during pregnancy.

Hi ladies! Sorry...but I have a different answer. Back in November, my period was 5 days late. When if finally came, it was heavy AND only lasted two days. (Normally my periods last for five days.) A month later, I found out I was pregnant! It was GREAT news for me.....but I understand that it might not be for someone else. Everyone's body is different. If you are really worried, take a pregnancy test! Hope this helps!

Kels, I had the same question. My last normal period was Feb 19th and then on Friday I started bleeding. It was very light and only last for 2 1/2 days. I am also having a lot of symptoms and I took a test last week and it was negative. I guess that I will have to wait and see :-) Good luck

Kels- Thats interesting you posted this question b/c the month before I found out I was pregnant that happened to me.....and I NEVER have a wierd period. Before being pregnant I was as regular as you can possibly be, and my periods never ever lasted only 2 days. The next month I found out I was pregnant, and did not get my period that month, and am now 30 weeks pregnant!! I'm not trying to say this means your pregnant, but your question caught my eye b/c its what happened to me.

Kels, I guess that it's true, you can have a 2 day period and still be pregnant. I took a test a couple of days ago and got a BFP :-)

i have the same thing. by the third day its real light pink and then its gone. i would like to know also.

Mine started off kind off pink and turned red. I asked the doctor yesterday and they said that it is completley normal and they are not worried since I got a positive test after the bleeding

that happened to me last week Ive been to the doctors for blood tests but they were nagative, I have all the symptoms of a pregnancy but my doctor said my red blood cell count was fine. I dont want to be pregnant im only 18.

Megan, I was 18 when I had my daughte and I am 23 now. I think that it is better to wait just becasue you miss out on everything that everyone else gets to do. Don't get me wrong, becoming a mother is the greatest thing in the world and I wouldn't trade it for anything but I would have waited a little longer if I could have. i had a similiar situation to jess1980. i too got my period late and it also lasted for only three days. it was a normal flow for me. a few weeks later i started feeling sick and a month later i found out i was pregnant. IB is different for different people. i would go have a bloodtest done at your doctors or planned parenthood if you want. that is the only way to know for sure. keep us updated.

hey ladies, I am a 22 year old female, last month i was feeling really nauseas and my b___sts were really sore, and i got a normal period. My boyfriend and i are trying to fall pregnant, so we used the ovulation calculators etc and we are very s_xually active, this month how ever i had a 3 day late period and it lasted 2 days only where as normally its 5 days. It started off very heavy then disappeared, i had alot of mild cramping. I dont know if i am pregnant or not, i took a test but it came up negative, but i might have taken it too soon, im not sure at all right now and a little scared to take a new test and get another negative. I have been incredibly moody for the last week and have moments of nausea...

TTC with a weird period and some early pregnancy signs is pretty encouraging. Wait a week and take another test using first morning pee. GL!

My period was 7 days late.. I missed it on the 26th of last month and got it on the 2 of this month.. But it left 2 days later on the 4th. It was heavy the first day but stopped right after the second day. My periods are usually normal and last a minimum around 6 days average.. Sometimes longer. My period is very regular.. I took a test and it was negative . Is there any possibility I could still be pregnant?

well it did trn out to be that i was pregnant have already seen my obs and baby and momma are healthy. good luck to all you ladies out there that are trying for a baby
