The start of my last period was Oct 17. According to my doctor it was Oct 28.
I am currently pregnant and am due Aug 3rd.
I had protected sex with guy #1 on Oct 30 and unprotected sex with guy #2 prior to Oct 30 and ever that.
The doctor says I'm measuring as if my last period was Oct 28.
Who is the most probable father?

Conflicting evidence! How many weeks were you when you had the first ultrasound - the date can be off a couple of weeks if not run in the first trimester. Do you have regular 28 day cycles or sometimes considerably longer? That could explain the conflict. Guy #1 was a protected one time event and Guy #2 was unprotected both before and after Oct 30th? Guy #2 is the more likely father based just on exposure and frequency. Sorting out anything on dates is going to be next to impossible.

I had an internal ultrasound on December 11 and was 6w2d then. Sex with guy 1 o lay happened on October 30

An ultrasound at 6 weeks gestatioanl (4 weeks fetal age) is accurate to a day or two. Believe your doctor. Your last cycle had a 10 day delay for some reason (stress?) so it looks like your period was Oct 28th with ovulation 14 days later (Nov 11th). By that time guy #1's sperm (if any) would have been dead for a week and sex in the Nov 5 to Nov 12th window is responsible for your pregnancy.
