This is a funny one i know, my girlfriend is nearly 20 weeks now and her back and thighs are always hurting. Im usually good with doing massages around the neck but in the parts she wants it, i find it hard to do...especially since the preferred position to sit in is upright. Im worried that if she lies on her front it will hurt the baby. Is there an easier way of doing this? Some advice please.

Have you seen those exercise b___s they make? I used one of those to relive my lower back pain in my first pregnancy. She could lean forward on it for support and you could ma__sage her back or just stretching on it a little helps too.
