Oh yeah...as far as Christmas gifts...I know that I want to knit a Baby's 1st Christmas blanket for Asjani, who'll be almost 8 months during the holidays. Not sure what play-things I'll get her...I'd give her the remote control if it didn't have those small b___tons. She loves those remotes!

Not to be a scrooge, but I say save your money. We went toy crazy when my daughter was 6 months her first Christmas. I wish she wasn't even used to the toy thing and could only feel the real meaning of Christmas, that Christ came onto this earth for us.

Do you have an idea of your christmas budget for Keston? When my sisters and I were born my grandmother started a great tradition. Instead of spending all her gift budget on us she opened accounts in each of our names. On our birthdays and Christmas she got us a smaller gift and with the rest of the money made a deposit in the bank. We did not has access to the accounts till weturned 21. I appreciate her insight. It always felt nice to know had some money of my own for when I grew up. if you start now I bet some of Keston's aunties, grandmas, etc, will jump on the bandwagon.

hi, yes we have accounts started. 3 different ones. One by each set of grandparents and one of our own. It is peace of mind for sure.
