well my son is 4 months. first how much is your daughter eating? and how often? is she bf or ff?

i b___stfeed and at my son's 4 month appt. (a few days ago) he was 13.5 lbs. he eats every 3 hrs, except at night--he sleeps through the night sometimes. at his 8 week appt he was 9 lbs 12 oz and ate every three hours then also (at night he would go 4-5 hrs at that age). it kind of bothers me when people ask his age and say how little he is...your daughter might be a little pet_te girl when she grows up. what does your doctor think?

My boy weighed 9 lb 9 oz at his one month check up last week. He b___stfeeds every 1.5-3 hours except at night when he goes 4-6 hours.

My baby is almost 4 months. She eats 4 6oz bottles a day, and usually one feeding of cereal with fruit and a vegetable. I know it's early to start solids, but she seemed very interested in our food, so I started a couple of weeks ago. She sleeps 12 hours, so during the day she eats every 3 hours.

If you are small and your family runs small, your baby will run small too. My son was always on the bottom of the growth chart (off the bottom). Just as long as there is growth and no problems everything is normal. Just nurse on demand.

sounds like she is eating very well. My baby eats exactly like yours and he is over 4 months...All babies are different sizes ....as long as they are eating and gaining weight they are fine.

Mason is bottle fed and eats about 4-5 ounces every 3-4 hours during the day. He pretty much sleeps through the night. Oh, he is 9 and half weeks and weighs 14 pounds.

My daughter was 9 lbs 4 oz at birth, she is now 6 wks + 2 days and she eats typically 4 oz every 4 hrs. Usually longer at night, anywhere from 5-7 hrs between bottles. She now weighs between 12-13 lbs.

I'm in the UK though, and our onces are different to yours, so that's probably not much help.

My son will be 4 mos this coming Saturday and he weighs almost 17 lbs! He eats every 3-4 hours anywhere between 2-5 oz. He is still all over the place with eating. Some nights we get up once to feed, sometimes twice. He eats about 25-32 oz per day, depending on his mood.

My son was 7lbs 13 oz at birth and at his 2.5 month checkup he weighed 13lbs. He is now 3.5 months and eats cereal 3x/day and 6-7 ounces 4-5x/day
