Over the last week or two, Tahlia has become really uninterested in her bottles, and has been spitting up most of whatever she does drink. I have taken her to the ped, but he says that she is still putting on weight and he is happy with her. She also won't go straight to sleep at night liike she used to. She wants to stay up and play. She is still sleeping through once she is asleep, and appears normal in every other way. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing something similar. She is almost five months old.

Amaya has been doing the same, its like she thinks if she goes to sleep she is going to miss something! I do agree with your doctor that as long as she is gainging weight ok and having plenty of wet diapers then everything is ok! Many people have told me that once you start cereal and baby food they become less interested in bottles but will take them when they are actually hungry so I think that is what is up with Amaya! Good luck!

Also keep in mind that your baby is more aware of his/her surroundings and they honeslty don't want to miss out on anything...weird I think...but my daughter went through the exact same thing...if there's nothing wrong like with what Jess said, an ear infection, it's just another stage and growing cycle that they are going through. They are getting older and being somewhat more "independent". Good Luck to you!
