My daughter is formula fed and has the white stuff all over her tongue. Could this be thrush or is that something only br___tfed babies get?

Even formula fed babies can get thrush, which is just overactive yeast. It is most often starts from baby being treated with antibiotics which gets rid of the healthy bacteria that fights off yeast. Swipe her tongue with a wet washcloth, if the white stuff comes off it is not thrush. If it doesn't come off contact your Ped.

Jenn, very good description. My son got it when switching from b___st to bottle, not sure why. I'm just glad i didn't get it too. If it is thrush, once you get the perscription (it's usually a mouth wash type stuff) boil the nipples of the bottles between uses to kill any extra yeast they could carry, it will help get rid of it faster. Also, thrush can pa__s through the digestive tract and give them a nasty diaper rash.. so if your daughter has one, make sure you point that out to the doctor as well, it may need to be treated seperately depending on how bad it is.
