Last night Emma fell asleep at 10:30 and woke at around 1:00 to eat and I gave her a pacifier instead and she went right back to sleep without any fuss and didn't wake again till around 4:30 to eat and that time she got fussy so I fed her. I figured if she was really hungry the first time she woke she would have definately let me know instead of going back to sleep with a pacifier. It felt great sleeping for 6 hours!!!! I probably won't get away with that again though. Ha ha!

My 12 week old sleeps from 6 until 4...it's too bad it's 6am until 4pm but I like to sleep from about 4am until noon, so we don't have that much adjusting to do. If she hasn't eaten much during the day, I'll wake her once during her "night" for a feeding.

My 12 week old has been sleeping for nearly 12 hours...although she did have a "dream feed" at 6 a.m. - but she didn't wake up for it, only I did. One of the benefits of co-sleeping.

When my daughter was about a month old she began sleeping from like 10-6, then she would wake up and I'd feed her and she would sleep for another 3 hours afterwards. As she got a little older she slept the whole night, from like 9-9pm even later til like 11:30 the next morning. BUTTT for the past month shes like a newborn, sleeps late, wakes up constantly at night, crying,,,, shes up most of the day. But it could be because she is teething, she is growing 6 teeth now.

Jamie- To wake up and feed your baby at a time that you expect one can also be achieved even if your baby sleeps next to you in a crib. I've done it. Co-sleeping is a benefit merely because you don't physically get the baby out of bed in this case.

My son has improved dramatically in the past week but I am still jealous of all of you! We can't get him to sleep until midnight. He's not fussy - just wide awake. Then he wants to eat at 4am. After that, he wants one every two hours like clockwork until he wakes at 10.
