What should the temperature of a bath be for a new born baby?

its supposed to be about luke warm...use ur own judgement...place ur elbow in the water and if it isnt too hot or too cold its fine.. ;o)

room temp is fine, but a new born should not be placed in water until the umbilical cord has fallen off, until then just sponge bathe
