To Parents Who Didn T Circumcise Their Boys

my hubby and i are having a boy, and after reading lots of info on circ_mcision, he has decided that he doesn't want our son circ_mcised. my hubby is, however. i have left the decision in his hands because i can't make up my mind about the issue. he firmly does not want our son to be. anyway, the thought of an uncirced p__s SCARES me. what do they look like? i've seen baby ones and am okay with that, but when he's older (7, 10, 12) will i be grossed out? will it be ugly? as a man will he be embarrassed? i'm really nervous. i know i shouldn't be but i am.

My bf is not circ_mcise and his p___s looks no way to me. We decide not to with our son. Bf feels he was not and he is fine and feels our son will be ok too.

An uncirc_mcised p___s is more fun to play with, as an adult woman of course. I have had the luxury of playing with both types, and I hands down prefer the one that is intact and moves with the groove!

so it's not a turn off? i'd hate for him to be embarra__sed in front of his wife or soemthing.

LOL your too much, we are a lot a like, LOVE playing with bf, he loves it too :)

I never even noticed until he pointed it out:) Then I did some comparing and realized that this was the best s_x I ever had. I owe it all to his parents!

I second the opinion that intact is better...but don't tell my DH, he'll feel inadequate (he is circ'd)

Oh yea the s_x is definately the best I have had. Lots of uncontrolable orgasms. Hmmm...... 2 hours before he gets him, think I am going put a sitter in place for a few hours tonight. :)

LOL Karen!! Jamie, its good that you plan not to tell Dh that. It could ruin up s_x forever. You would be making up for that comment till you croaked.

Hi worried mama :) Firstly, you can read up a lot on the subject at www.aap.org (American Academy of Pediatrics). Now to give you my own views. Since this procedure is mainly done here in the US I will a__sume you are American like me. I did not even realise that this is not common throughout the world, lol. My hubby is from Scotland and in the UK this procedure is rarely done. I had never seen one up close before him and to be honest, yeah, it grossed me out, lol. Mainly because I thought circ_mcision was normal and it was all I had ever known. But of course I was not going to dump my DH. You get used to it pretty quickly and it doesn't even bother me at all. When they are erect (not that you will be looking at your son then, lol) you almost can't even tell. When they are flacid, they look very different (The term Anteater comes to mind). I decided to do a lot of reading up on this since we are having a boy and I kenw my DH would not want his son cut. I am now an avid fan of NOT circ_mcising. Though I can understand why so many people still do it here. After all, it's kind of hard to change something you are so used to seeing. But I won't knock any parents who decide to circ_mcise. As for embarra__sment, I doubt he will have too much trouble. The US still circ_mcises most of the boys, but it is down to about 60-70% compared to the 90%+ when I was growing up and that number is dropping. The AAP and most doctors do NOT recommend it unless medically necessary and so mroe people are choosing not to do it which means less "locker room" issues. This is an issue that you should definately read about as well as people have lots of missinformed "facts" that they spread. Read up on it to put your mind at ease. You will definately have to get used to the appearence, and I certainly did. The majority of males in the world are not circ_mcised and soon with more education the US will catch up (not to knock anyone's choice to cut). Good luck!

P.S. ROFL @ Narcissus...when my DH is erect I don't even notice either. When he's just sort of hanging though I can certainly tell, lol.

Bonnie - December 8

P.S.S. "So it's not a turn off?" Once I got used to it, definately not! The s_x is great!

Jamie - December 8

To be honest, my DH is more than satisfactory, and if he were intact, I think he'd be more man than I could handle!!! LOL - sorry if that was TMI

Narcissus - December 8

Oh yeah, when those things are just hanging all limp, it's very obvious BUT, if you just meet a man that you are getting it on with, he wouldn't dare pull out a limp p___s, circed or uncirced.

you guys are too funny, of course you're all giving me too much info!!!. this is my SON i'm talking about!!! :) ha ha ha ! no - i'm smiling. :)

worried mama, I know it's your son but as a mother of a boy, I want nothing more than for him to have a healthy s_x life, as fulfilling as my Dh's (:P). Knowing how it works, even for DS can be beneficial. I have to say there are women that prefer a circed p___s. They will be here soon!
