I am 35 weeks and 3 days and am already dialated 2 cm. How long could I be dialating before going into labor?

its january and ive been dialated 2cm since nov,12th
|

its take a while..i dont know about you guys..but by the time i dilated 2cm..i went to the H for checkup..they send me home..and 8 hrs later(same day) i went back with a bad back labor and dilated 3cm...lotsa baths,walks and squattings!
