Im 37 weeks pregnant and yesterday I went to the doctor and he said i was 80% effaced, dilated 1 cm, and the babys head was at -1 station. Im not sure if im actually feeling the contractions or if its just the baby moving or something. Sometimes I feel my belly get kind of tight and it feels uncomfortable and then sometimes i get this feeling like maybe shes rolling or pushing and i get a sharp pain in my va___a. Sometimes I also feel pain in my lower abdomen but i felt something like that throughout my pregnancy and my doctor had told me it was just my ligaments stretching and the uterus getting bigger so im not sure if thats the same thing im feeling now.

Hey, im getting them same feelings and I am 36 weeks pregnant, Im not sure what the feelings are either though, now Im worried I might be going into labour or something lol! Although, it might just be your baby positioning themself or something (well I hope so for my own sake lol)

When your belly gets hard as a rock they are contractions. the are probably just bh contractions now. When your bh get painful and regular then those are the real ones. The sharp pains in your v____a are what my doctor explained to me as someone trying to get out ha ha. Just baby rubbing up on the cervix, totally normal and it took my breath away. good luck
