A Suggestion For Your Hospital Bag

Take a Boppy to the hospital with you. Not only is it great for br___tfeeding but is also good for you to sit on after you give birth (va___al delivery). It takes a lot of pressure off because of it's donut type shape. I was so uncomfortable that I had a hard time sitting down. I wish I would have thought of this before I had my son.

I will also take one with me for my second baby. It works good also if you have hemroids.
