Am I In Labour Please Help

I have pains in my lower back and under my bump, shooting pain in my groin area and I feel like my period is due!
PLEASE ADVISE ASAP!

Well, how far along are you? Does the pain come and go?

i am a nurse that works labour and delivery, menstrual cramps and lowere back pain are definately signs of early labour, would go to the hospital to get checked

how far along are you? If you are full term and especially if this is your first baby, I would just call your dr and ask what they think. I was told that you should go to labor and delivery when your water breaks or you are having regular contractions that are five minutes apart for at least an hour. But you could be getting started! Hope all goes well.
