I am 39 weeks and 3 days...2cm dilated...80% efaced...and negative 2 engaged. I am ready to bring this baby in to the world...any tips?????

I am 39 weeks and 6 days, 1 cm dilated, 90% effaced and the baby is really really low. i am hoping to have it anyday. i just have cramps on and off but no contractions.
