This is my second baby, and I will again do it all natural (I hope). I did Lamaze with my first one, but it was still extremely painful, my midwife (I switched doctors) recommended learning the Bradley Method. Does anyone know about this?

Yes, it was the only method worth anything. It is very informative...but tis is a 12 week cla__s, so they generall want you to start by 25 weeks or so. GL!

Hi LN: I read the books only - I found out about it too late to take the cla__ses. I think they would have helped a lot! I did get an epidural but not until I was fully dilated (After going from 5 cm to 10 cm in 30 minutes, I had to wait 3 hours before pushing to get another dose of Penicillin in my IV, as I was Strep B positive). It was very difficult - I think the practice in the cla__ses would have made a huge difference. What do you think DeeD?
