This is my second pregnancy and everything I've read has said that the second time around, The baby rarely drops until right before labor. I'm about 99.9% positive that she has dropped, everybody tells me I'm carrying lower (I've noticed my belly is a lot lower than it was a couple of weeks ago) The doctor told me she's low, I have to pee literally every 5 minutes, lots of pelvic pressure, and a horrible stabbing pain in the cervix. Is there really that big of a difference with first and second pregnancies? I'm really hoping to have this baby soon. I'm MISERABLE! Lol

I am in the same boat! I'm 38 weeks with my second baby. I am 3 cm dialated, 100% effaced and the doctor said she is at 0 station! I am peeing all the time and am so uncomfortable. I'm getting shooting pains around my inner thigh's. I'm ready to have this baby now! The doctor said she would be willing to induce me next week if I want because the labor is going to be so quick anyways! I'm seriously considering it!

Well, I think she dropped even more...if that's possible. I didn't think my stomach could get any lower until I looked in the mirror tonight. I've also been getting contractions....so maybe this is it!
