Hello! I'm looking for others who had forceps delivery or tears. I gave birth 8 weeks ago after 5 hours pushing with the help of forceps. I had tears so ended up with 10 st_tches. My question is: how long didn you heal? My baby is 2 months old and I'm still not fine down there. I will see my doctor but have to wait for an appointment and too nervous to wait - please help! Is it normal to heal so long? How long does it take to be able to have s_x after a hard delivery like mine? I'm ready for s_x emotionally, but not phisically, and it's just so frustrating!!!!
