How Would You Describe Natural Child Birth

I was at the hospital with the birthing ball..it belonged to the hospital.

I had my 3rd on March 17. I did it all natural as well. My first two I had epidurals, the same as you. Natural labor takes a lot of concentration and relaxation. The more you relax the less it will hurt. This sounds crazy, but it is true. Also, I sat in a jaccuzi hot tub bath, which was in my birthing room, and this helped 100%. The warm water helps to relax your whole body and take all pressure off. I also had the lights off and had a doula. She was great support and allowed my husband to relax a bit. My labor was very fast, which helped. Only 3 hours! So, you can do it. It's not easy, but it is so rewarding. The most painful part for me was pushing him out and afterwards I was pretty sore. Overall, I would do it again without an epidural. Good Luck!
