Has anyone ever experienced itching all over your neck, arms, chest and some on your face? I know it is not an allergic reation because I have had those before. I have not swelled up any. I just itch. I thought that maybe it was hormones? But non one here at my work knows what I am talking about. Please Help!

it could be your liver--during pregnancy if you start itching like that--might want to run to doc..get checked out.

Yes, I 've had this happen. I was told by my doctor it was a hormonal thing, and to take mild doses of bendryl as needed.

i can be many things, but i doubt nething to be way too worried about. whenmy mother had me she was itchy all over her body because my urine somehow got into her blood streem and it get her an allergic reaction. but it can even be something minor. talk to ur doctor and ask .. thats all :]

Itchiness can be a sign of obstectric cholesiosis so you really need to get it checked out as it can cause you to go into premature labour. Itchy belly is normal but elsewhere is not.

My itchiness has pretty much gone away. Thank you everyone for responding back to me about this. My BP is still great, and my urine count it good. I just keep getting more and more swollen.

YES!!! I itch alot on my back, arms & legs. It is horrible. Little bumps but they are not red like you get with PUPPPs. I have yet to fine something that really helps. It just started Friday. I went to the dr yesterday and he said it is caused by pregnancy. UGH!!!

Oh gawd don't even say the I word! In my first pregnancy I didn't experience all the horrid symptoms I am now and I itch sooooo bad on my tummy and now recently in my crotch area. The below the belt itch is from the babys head moving down causing swelling which inturn causes itching. I was told vagisil or other anti itch creames will work.

my legs were itchy, and most times it would start right before bed. I made sure I lathered myself in a good moisturizing cream....and try not to itch!!

My skin was very dry and I retained a lot of water... a combination that led to itchiness all over! My feet were awful when they'd get extra puffy. I'd still check it out but it's probably nothing.

my ma__sage therapist who is also a doula said she was itchy all over her arms etc. and it drove her crazy. right after birth it went away. must have been hormonal.

Ok girls I found a solution!!!!! :) I bought a salt & oil scrub from Arbonne. The salt did burn a bit the first time I used it because I literally scatched my skin off, even had bruises! It healed and soothed my skin right away. I tried everything and this is the only thing that worked. I smells nice too.. Hope this helps.

I've had extremely itchy underarms with this pregnancy(my second). I didn't think to ask my doc at my last appt. I will at my next appt. I am a__suming it is a hormonal thing.
