Is Labor Closer Than I Think

This is my second pregnancy and I think I am getting close to going into labor though it is early. When I was 30 weeks, the doctor told me that I was 1 cm dilated on the outside but everything was still ifne. Now I will be 32 weeks in 2 days, and things keep happening. I get Braxton Hicks frequently, I have had a loose stomach for a week now, and I keep feeling tingly feelings really low. Also, I feel like I have menstrual cramps from time to time, but not to bad. None of this happened with my first child who is now 3 although he was born at 37 weeks 5 days and was ready 2 weeks prior. I walked around dilated for 2 weeks before he came and he was down and ready. What is going on?
