I will be 38 weeks tomorrow, and on Monday morning I saw something clear but glob like. I wasn't sure what it was since my first was premature and didn't experience much of these symptoms. I am more concerned it is amniotic fluid, but I was told fluid is more like a 'gush' or can be more of 'trickle' and will be soaked. Today, I saw a thick white discharge and I keep feeling a little wet, but my doctor told me last week that unless i am soaking a pad an hour then it can't be fluid. I know I was 1 cm dilated when I last saw him, but l guess I am more worried that something is going to go wrong and I am not going to realize it. I was wondering if anyone could tell me their thoughts. Thank you!
