I have a pain in my lower right side abdomen. It hurts me when I walk and laugh. Is this a sign of labor?

I have had the same feeling on and off for a few days. I went to the Dr. yesterday and she said it was just from the weight of the baby on the ligaments holding the uterus up. She also suggested a "belly belt" to help support by belly and relieve the pain. I hope that this helps!

I have the exact same thing going on. My doctor also said it was the weight of the baby and recommended the maternity belt.
