I am 40 wks 5 days. I have been having contractions on and off for a couple days. Last night I was having pretty regular, strong contractions 20 min apart, but when I went to bed they seem to have stalled. Just wondering if anyone knows if this is normal or not.

if they stall and are that far apart, then it is just false labor and there is nothing you can do about it....hopefully the real thing will come soon for you.
