Me Again Mucus Plug And Pain

Due today (well technically yesterday) and I'm curious if it is normal to have your mucus plug have a foul odor??? and also, when ever I move, weather it be from side to side or stand up, ect. I get a horribly sharp pain in my lower abdomen like my muscles are tearing, has anyone else experienced this? I just want some reassurance because I'm concerned, and well when I ask my doc. he doesn't tell me anything (he is really hard to get answers out of). thank you all for all your help!!!!

hey...mucus plug is most likely gonna have a weird smell to it because its the mucus plug...well i think anyway....as for your sharp pain..to be honest when i was 36 weeks with my DD i was feeling the same thing until i had her...i asked my doc about it and she said that it was normal...its just the way the baby is positioned thats 'stretching' your muscles...and making them feel like they're tearing...hope this helps hunnie!!!!
