I have researched a lot of the of the methods here is the forums and other internet sites...one that I have not seen on here is Clary Sage Oil ( can be bought at any health store or on eBay). There are three ways that it can be used - 1) Make an oil compress or warm towel with it and let it sit on your belly, or massage oil onto belly 2) 5 drops in a warm bath 3) inhale the fumes from the bottle or simply burn in your favorite oil burner. Just a note though, Clary Sage Oil has been known to cause euphoria. :) One great thing about Clary sage is that there is nothing that states that it could harm you or the baby..and a belly massage is always nice.
