Well I am 35+2 weeks pregnant high risk and this is my 2nd pregnancy, the baby hasnt moved as much today as normal and I am more fatigue than usual. Ive been getting spasms in my rear end, pressure in my tummy, pressure on my lower right side of my back, some cramps and hot flashes.... could these be related to labor or just a part of pregnancy?

you will experience changes during the end of pregnancy forsure. Baby can drop 4-6 weeks before due date, so pressure and pain is normal. however, if your unsure, talk with your doctor, especially if your are a high risk.
